Challenge
Marriott wanted to find a more inventive way of engaging the global enterprise and fueling new experience driven ideas, while harnessing the wisdom of operators as well as creatives. 

Deliverable: 
A fully integrated, enterprise-wide idea and collaboration platform that generated, developed, and prioritized top ideas that could move into action. 

Role + Responsibilities:
I led this project from start to finish. My responsibilities included all content, design, internal communications, internal campaigns, and on-going management of the platform.
